We currently build across three settings that represent the range of how people in Amman choose to live: elevated apartment living in Marj al Hamam, established family neighbourhoods in Dahiet al Nakheel, and private villa life in Na'or.
In each case, our approach is the same. We work with architects and contractors we've built with for years, we visit our own sites weekly rather than monthly, and we treat every buyer as someone who will still be living in that home a decade from now — because most of them will be.
That approach is reflected in what our residents tell us after they move in.
